This election is an important one for Hamilton. While there are many issues on the table, some of the major problems this city faces go largely unnoticed.
I want this election to go back to basics.
My first goal is to give the residents of ward 14 the appropriate level of dedication and care that they deserve. I will work hard to put meaning to the tax dollars and offer a new vision of sustainability and service to the ward.
This ward has special circumstances surrounding taxes. As a vast majority, the ward is recieving very little service and since amalgamation, has seen some of the largest 10 year tax inceases in all of the province.
Someone has to do something about this.
Ward 14 has given the incumbent more then enough opportunities to really showcase his ability to give meaning for ward 14. It is clear to me, as it is for residents I have spoken with, that the incumbent by doing nothing, is part of the problem not the solution.
Now is the time for change. We need solutions!
